Student-athlete registration for varsity, junior varsity and modified winter sports is now open. Registration may be completed online on Arbiter.

A current physical is required for all student-athletes before the start of the season. Sports physicals are only valid for one calendar year. Sports physicals will be offered in the nurse’s office at Rockland Middle/High School on Friday, Nov. 14 from 9 to 11 a.m.

Varsity and junior varsity winter sports practices begin Monday, Nov. 17. Modified winter sports practices begin Monday, Nov. 24.
